Gabriele Campanella is a senior computational scientist in the lab of Thomas J. Fuchs. His research in the field of computational pathology, and focuses on the development of AI-powered clinical-grade decision support systems for aiding clinicians in diagnosing and treating cancer patients. Current projects include the development of foundation models for pathology slides and the development of computational biomarkers for treatment recommendation.
