Bio
Yovanna A. Roa is the Program Manager for the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Health at Mount Sinai. She manages HPI·MS administration to ensure all operational needs are met by supporting upper management, managing day-to-day tasks, procuring and managing relationships with vendors and collaborators, and coordinating institute events. Yovanna joined Mount Sinai in 2013 serving as a clinic supervisor in the Department of Genetics & Genomic Sciences and joined HPI·MS upon its inception in 2019. She graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Sociology and obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work at Touro College – Graduate School of Social Work.
